Sie sind zufrieden mit dir und loben deine gute Arbeit. Trotzdem hast du immer wieder Selbstzweifel, das Gef\u00fchl nicht gut genug zu sein, Angst Fehler zu machen. Immer wieder kommt die Frage hoch: \u201eBin ich dem gewachsen, kann und weiss ich genug?\u201c Bist du mutig, freiwillig oder gezwungener Weise, und machst einfach, ist alles gut. Die Ergebnisse stimmen, du bist erfolgreich. F\u00fcr dieses eine Mal hat es geklappt, doch vor der n\u00e4chsten Herausforderung oder Arbeit geht es schon wieder los\u2026 <!--more-->Immer wieder hast du das Gef\u00fchl noch mehr lernen und \u00fcben zu m\u00fcssen. Dabei ist deine Liste schon ellenlang. Immer wieder meldet sich die Stimme deines Selbstzweifels bei dir, manchmal macht sie dich sogar richtig fertig. Die Gr\u00fcnde sind deine \u00c4ngste nicht gut genug zu sein, die Erwartung anderer nicht erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen, verstossen zu werden, nicht mehr geliebt zu werden\u2026<br \/>\nDiese \u00c4ngste rauben dir Energie, sie machen dich m\u00fcde. Du magst dich nicht bewegen. Sie blockieren, dass du Erfolg hast. Sie rauben dir dein Selbstvertrauen. Deshalb ist es so wichtig deine \u00c4ngste anzuschauen. Woher kommen sie, was ist deine Ur-Angst, wodurch wurde sie ausgel\u00f6st? Sie muss an der Wurzel entfernt werden, das ist was dir hilft. Noch mehr \u00fcben und lernen hilft dir nicht dabei.
